**** PRICE UPDATE: OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE SAYS: BRING ANY SERIOUS OFFER FOR CONSIDERATION**** Theriault International Marine is pleased to present this Multi - Purpose offshore vessel IN FULL CLASS that was converted into a SEISMIC VESSEL 6-7 years ago at a cost of about $2 million. (Note new main engine installed in 2003 and has 6,000+ hrs since new.) The vessel operated in the Gulf of Mexico for a couple of years doing seismic work.

The vessel completed a major refit and went on a hydrographic charter to the Artic (Summer '08) with a client presented to the owners by Theriault International Marine and the party that chartered the vessel was "well pleased" during the 3 months it was deployed to the Artic.

The vessel during the major refit had full inspections and renewal of all certificates by Class (both Transport Canada and Lloyds) and all new certificates have been issued and the vessel is in full class. The vessel was dry docked about four months ago and all underwater parts inspected and certified and all underwater cleaned, painted with new anodes etc., etc. The vessel was dry docked again a couple of months ago in order to install a multi beam system for the hydrographic work that is presently being done in the Canadian Arctic.
